Delivered to the USAAF as C-54D 43-17244 then transferred to the US Navy as R5D-3 56543 in 1945. Redesignated as a C-54Q in 1962. Stored at MASDC with inventory code 3C116 in 1973. To TANA as HK-1807 in 1974 then to Aerolineas Medellin in 1979 and Aerovias del Llano in 1983. To Central Air Service as N6816D in 1984 and converted to a firebomber.
