Delivered to Air Canada as CF-TJW in 1967. Not changed to C-FTJW. To United Aviation Services as N23UA in 1986 and leased to a number of operators. Converted to a DC-8-61(F) freighter in 1988. To American International Airways and reregistered as N813CK in 1991. Withdrawn from use at Greenville, MS in 1999 and scrapped in 2001.
