Delivered to TAP Air Portugal as CS-TBX in 1980. To Carnival Airlines as N609KW in 1991 who merged into Pan American in 1997. Reregistered as N727PR in 1998 then N369PA in 2000 (second 727 with this registration). Withdrawn from use at Portsmouth, New Hampshire by 2005 and scrapped there.
