First flew as PH-EXR in 1978. Reregistered as PH-ZBT then to Air Anglia as G-JCWW in 1979. Air Anglia merged into Air UK in 1980. To Air Alsace as F-GDFD in 1981 and operated for Air France. Air Alsace merged into TAT in 1983. To Iran Aseman Airlines as EP-ASE in 1998. Withdrawn from use at Tehran-Mehrabad in 2005 and preserved at Tehran Aerospace Museum.
