Designated CC-138 in Canadian Armed Forces service, 13801 was delivered 24 June 1971 and entered service with 424 Sqd in Canada and Kashmir. Transferred to 440 Sqd in April 1975, it continued to serve the CAF until sold to Scott Aircraft Sales as N774A in December 1994. To Rocky Mountain Aircraft as C-FUGP March 1995, to C-FMOL April 1995 serving as such with Exxon Mobil, Provincial Airlines, Arctic Sunwest, North Wright Airlines until suffering a runway excursion on take-off from a gravel strip at Mile 222, Canol Road, NT, Canada on 4 July 2004, leading to substantial damage.
