First flown 5 September 1975 and delivered to NorOntair 17 September. To D-ISKY 31 March 1995, first Axel Hillemeyer Air Service then Sky Flugzeug/Air Evex Feb 1997. To PT Trigana Air Service 14 August 2003 as PK-YRF. Runway excursion at Apalapsili 5 February 2013. Repaired as PK-SAM with PT Sam Air. Here used as platform for parachuters.
