This DC-6 was originally delivered to Civil Air Transport - CAT as B1006 in September 1958 and went on to fly with Royal Air Lao (as XW-PFZ), Southern Air Transport (N93459) and TransContinental (N93459) before joining Air Atlantique in March 1987 as G-SIXC. In 2011 that registration was cancelled and it was converted into a restaurant at Coventry - Baginton (CVT) but was placed into storage at St. Athan in August 2021.
