First flown 31 October 1979 and delivered to TAP Air Portugal 16 November as CS-TFD. To LAR Transregional January 1985 and Air São Tomé & Príncipe in October 1993. Damaged following hard landing at Principe 10 May 1997. Repaired at Lisbon and test flown there in March 1999. Returned to Air São Tomé & Príncipe, re-registered S9-BAL in September 2000.
