The grandfather of them all... The Scout, designed by Ron Wheeler, was one of the very first practical ultralight aircraft. About 800 were manufactured in Australia and overseas. This one was registered with the Australian Ultralight Federation (now RAAus) on 28 July 1988 when the requirement to register ultralights was first introduced.
