This aircraft was built in the Soviet Union as the second aircraft of the second batch of MiG-21PFs built. It was delivered to the Polish Air Force on 7th May 1964 and served with the 11th and 9th Fighter Regiments before retirement in March 1989. In May 1991 it came on to the USCAR as N21MF and in October 1998 was acquired by the Pima Air & Space Museum where it is now displayed in 1967 era Soviet Air Force markings.
