This aircraft last served with 561st FS / 57 FW at Nellis AFB., NV., and was retired to AMARC on 26th March 1996 where it was allotted the Park Code FP1035. It was flown to Tracor Inc. at Mojave, CA., on 15th September 1997 and converted to QF-4G drone configuration. It was flown to Tyndall AFB, FL., on 25th June 1998 and eventually listed as "Expended", shot down during a missile test, on 12th June 2001.
