Registered as PH-EXA before delivery to Aero Peru as OB-R1042 in 1975. To Air North as N61AN who were renamed to Brockway Air in 1984 and operated for Piedmont Commuter from 1986. To Star Air as OY-SRZ in 1989 then to Channel Express as G-CHNL in 1995. Destroyed in a fatal crash on approach to Guernsey in 2000.
