This 134 was initially built as an 'A' and delivered to the Hunagrian Government in February 1981 (although operated in full Malev colours) and was officially transferred to the airline in December 1987. It was converted to an A-3 in February 1988 and made its last flight on 9th February 1994 as it was damaged beyond repair after a cockpit fire whilst on maintenance at Budapest.
