An astonishing find in the grounds of Lincoln Nitschke's tiny but unique collection in a corner of the Barossa Valley. Built by English Electric in 1953, to the RAF in 1955, and to De Havilland for the Blue Jay air-to-air missile programme. To Woomera in 1957 for Blue Jay trials, 1959 to Red Top / Jindvik trials. In 1960 as safety aircraft for Blue Steel programme. Struck off charge 1970. Used in the movie 'Ground Zero in 1986. To the Lincoln Nitschke Collection at Greenock in 1990.
