This Hunter is actually a composite build consisting mainly of the fuselage section of Royal Danish Air Force E-430 supplemented by the port wing of XF418 and the starbord wing of XG226. Now beautifully restored and on display at the Gatwick Aviation Museum.

This GR.3 served with No.3 & 20 Squadrons with the RAF and then to the Navy at RNAS Lee-on-Solent. Her original RAF markings have been restored by the Gatwick museum team, where she is now on display.
