In the HAM compound prior to the official opening 27th May 1972. Unusual shot with the wings folded and one of the last in these marks as by 14th May it was repainted as "XE364". The museum closed in May 1983 and the contents auctioned, XE489 fetching £6500. Bacame G-JETH. The wing spar attachments were found to be cut through so FB.3 WM983 was acquired and became G-JETH instead. XE489 with the wings of WM983 (in themselves from WV909!) was sold in the Netherlands. The aircraft marked as "XE489" at Charlwood is G-JETH with the fuselage of WM983 and just the wings from the original XE489.

One of the aircraft assembled at Southend for the nascent BHAM. Eventually passed into the Historic Aircraft Museum (Southend) and then was to become G-JETH. The wings spar attachments were found to be cut through so FB.3 WM983 was acquired and became G-JETH instead. XE489 with the wings of WM983 (in themselves from WV909!) was sold in the Netherlands.
