The photo relates to the search for the remains of an American A-7 Corsair pilot who crashed near the Dong Nua (not Doug Nua) mountain, Quang Binh province. The Mi-8 is ex 7828 of the Vietnamese air force. The operator later became Ty Trực Thăng Việt Nam, or Vietnam Helicopters - VNH in English. This Mi-8 was noted militarized again as 7828 in 2019.
