Delivered to 306 sqn at Twente in May 1963, to 322 sqn at Leeuwarden in September 1964. To 311 sqn at Volkel in 1979, finally withdrawn from use in October 1984. Served as a gate guard at several locations. First noted at this location in 1989.

First entered the Dutch register in February 1992. Suffered and accident at Lelystad and cancelled. Reregistered in October 1998, in November 2011 its certificate of airworthiness expired. Cancelled in January 2013. At the time of the photo located in a habitat for some geese and quite obscured by greenery.
