Delivered to the US Navy as P2V-5 128382. Converted to a P2V-5F. Redesignated as an SP-2E in 1962. Stored at Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ in 1966. To Evergreen as N203EV in 1977 and stored at Marana. Converted to a firebomber in 1984. Stored at Marana by 2000. To Neptune Aviation Services, Missoula MT in 2010. Withdrawn from use at Alamogordo, NM in 2011. Stored for preservation.

Operated for United Express by Skywest Airlines. Delivered in 2015.
