Northwest A319/A320 aircraft always stop at Prestwick on delivery for fuel heading to the States via Keflavik and this was the first visit of one of their aircraft to Scotland (and as far as I know the U.K.) in the new colour scheme.

I was puzzled on my first look at this shot as to what the black marks were that are clearly visible at the rear of the aircraft and after zooming in a few times on the full sized Jpeg I could see that these are actually Crows. It appears very much like the aircraft had gone through a flock of them just on liftoff and you can see what appears to be two of them on the runway either side of the white line. This delivery flight was the first visit of a Northwest aircraft to the UK in new colours.
