Originally delivered to Alitalia in May 1968 as I-DIKN. Leased to ATI (Aero Transporti Italiani) in March 1982 and reregistered N515MD in December 1983. Back to Alitalia in April 1985 and became I-RIZG in May 1989 and I-RIFG in December 1992 (both for Alitalia). To Northwest in September 1995, withdrawn from use on April 11, 2008. At the time of the upload, the front part of the aircraft is used in an attraction park in the Southern suburbs of Mexico City.
