A nice study of two Vikings. This 159741 was once delivered as a S-3A, converted to S-3B and after a not-that-long career stored at 309th AMARG on 1 September 2005. It received inventory code 2S0089. The Hoover is seen here at the deck of the USS Harry S. Truman during a deployment in the Persian Gulf, only months before 9/11.
