A contractor is slowly removing all Air Holland colours from it and converting it into full Air Scotland ones. You can just see the worker hanging out of the cockpit as he removes the orange from the nose cone.

It had arrived the previous evening after painting at Bournemouth but some letters and two patches on the tail had flaked off already. This is the very last ever picture of the sole Air Scotland 757 at Glasgow as it lines up for departure from Runway 23 to ferry down to Lasham for maintenance and painting into JET2 colours, its new owner. Sadly the Air Scotland name went into history, but the owners intended to lease two A320s and fly under the name "Greece Airways," based in Spain, to commence flights in June 2006.

This is the very last ever picture of the sole Air Scotland 757 at Glasgow as it lines up for departure from Runway 23 to ferry down to Lasham for maintenance and painting into JET2 colours, its new owner. Sadly the Air Scotland name went into history, but the owners intended to lease two A320s and fly under the name "Greece Airways," based in Spain, to commence flights in June 2006.

Electra Airlines were operating the flights for Air Scotland but the Airline sacked them so both 757's are impounded at the moment with landing fees still outstanding. Air Scotland flights were later operated by Air Holland 757's.
