The first commercial helicopter in the Netherlands, operated by Aero Ypenburg. Just having arrived from Paris, the Hiller was hired by the Albert Heijn grocery chain for a week to make deliveries to selected housewives in several cities. Although no markings are visible here, the Musée de l'Air says this Hiller helicopter is painted in its original military colours. It was delivered to the French army's Groupement d'Hélicoptères No 1 at Satory in 1954, and acquired by the museum in 1997 after civilian use as F-BNGM.
