Built in the early 1920's

Originally intended for Air France in 1963 but instead taken on by the Commandement du Transport Aérien Militaire. Retired 1980 and although on show at the Musée de l'Air for a time, it has since languished like so many interesting frames in the Dugny store on the other side of LBG

On display at Musée de l'Air at Le Bourget during the Journee Patrimoine 2020. This was a pre-production model that was used for flight tests from 12 Oct 61 till the first Mirage IVAs achieved operational status in Oct 64. A total of 62 aircraft were built, of which the bomber variant was retired in 1996 and the recce variants in 2005.

Delivered to the USAAF as 44-53247. Sold as NX90813 in 1946. Reregistered as N90813 after 1948. Cancelled from the register in 1971. To the Pima County Museum in 1972 then to the Musée de l'Air, Paris-Le Bourget, France in 1989. Destroyed in a hangar fire in 1990.

This jet was captured by the British troops at Leck on 15 May 1945 as "Weisse 21". It was selected to go to the French Air Force for investigation and test flights in 1946. Around 1950 it was sent to the Rochefort-Sur- Mer Air Force mechanics school for instructional use, and it received a bordaux-red color scheme. Later the aircraft arrived at Le Bourget Halle B in 1975 and received green overall paint scheme. Mid 2010 it arrived at Musée de l'Air et de l'Espace near Paris, France as fake 120223. In June 2015 it received unit serial "Gelbe 21". Picture is part of my private slides collection.

At the entrance of the museum a pole of 3 Fouga in the Patrouille de France livery. The 3 c/n are 23, 26 & 29 but no visible mark to know who's who!

Originally built as HG721, struck off charge and registered G-ALGB 17 December 1948. Cancelled on transfer to France as F-BHCD 26 October 1954.

Originally built in 1943 as Sunderland Mk.III JM719 for the RAF, converted to Mk.V in 1944. Registered to BOAC as Sandringham 7 G-AKCO 'St.George' 29 July 1947 and delivered two days later. Cancelled to Australia as VH-APG 10 May 1955, to Tahiti as F-OBIP May 1958.

Registered 21 June 1928. Flew the first international flight by a rotary-wing aircraft.

Only two examples of the C-302 were produced, of which the one depicted is the second and last one.

Registered as D-IBEH in 1962 then to the French Customs as F-ZBBF in 1968. Had recently been donated to the Musee de L'Air. Later stored in the Dugny area of the airfield.

On display at Musée de l'Air at Le Bourget. This is ex-USAAF 44-8889 that was built as a B-17G at Lockheed Vega, Burbank and assigned to the 8th AF but kept in storage. In 1949 it was assigned to 7499 Air Force Composite Squadron (AFCS) in Germany as an RB-17G for photo-ELINT, which flew peripheral recce missions to detect Soviet radar. The aircraft was sold in 1954 to Institut Géographique National (IGN), modified for aerial mapping and operated out of Creil. It was retired to the museum in 1976.
