This scruffy looking aircraft belonged to Cargolux and was regularly leased out, hence its somewhat less attractive appearance. It was ex American Airlines and National Airlines N9666. In October 1987 it went to United Airlines as N156UA. I photographed as such at Frankfurt in July 1993 looking much healthier than in this picture.
