On 31st July 2020 this aircraft was about to touch down at Cotswold (Kemble) Airport when the left wing dropped and touched the runway. The pilot attempted a go-around, but the aircraft landed to the side of the runway and travelled across the grass before colliding with a parked aircraft. No injuries were sustained, but both aircraft were substantially damaged and it was cancelled from the USCAR in January 2021. The other aircraft involved was Twin Comanche G-ATXD.

Ex-N948PG. It was removed from the British register on 21st July 2010 and transferred to the US marks N936CT, although remaining UK-based. It was damaged beyond repair on 6th June 2013 when, on a flight from Denham to Gloucester Airport, the pilot became disorientated during an instrument approach to the latter and deployed the Ballistic Recovery System. (Parachute).
