Seen on a ramp tour of Luke AFB. Some of the F-15's were still in the early blue camouflage scheme. Operated by the 555th TFTS - 58th TFTW. Later with the 405th TTW which took over from the 58th TTW. Crashed into the Pacific on 17 Feb 1981. Pilot ejected but was killed.
