This KF-16C is assigned to the 159 Tactical Reconnaissance Squadron and carrying an Elbit Systems Condor 2 reconnaissance pod as well as live AIM-9 Sidewinders under the wings, and AIM-120 AMRAAMS at the wingtips. Since 2016, eighteen RoKAF KF-16Cs were modified to carry this huge pod. Semi-official they are designated RF-16C. The 159 FS was renamed 159 TRS after the retirement of the RF-4C. The 159 TRS belonged to both 19 Fighter Wing and the 39 Tactical Reconnaissance Group, and fully subordinate to the 39 Reconnaissance Wing since Nov'20.
