Delivered new to Kelner Airways in 1992. Transferred to Wasaya Airways In January 1993. Destroyed in a sadly fatal accident in September 2003, while on a charter flight with one crew member and seven passengers from Pickle Lake to Summer Beaver, Ontario. In the circuit to land at Summer Beaver under night visual flight conditions, control was lost three miles to the northwest. The aircraft crashed vertically into a wooded area and intense fire broke out. All on board were lost.
