After a touchdown on the Back Bay, taxiing in to Yellowknife's Old Town seaplane docks. Carries the titles "Air Tindi Ltd, Yellowknife NWT" and the fleet number 403. Delivered new to Air Tindi in 1999. Substantially damaged on 23 September 1999 when landing in strong winds and rough water conditions at Hoar Frost River, NT. Left float strut failed and the prop cut through the front of the rising float. The aircraft did not sink and the occupants were rescued by a local boat. Subsequently repaired.

This 1999 Caravan Amphibian can also be fitted with floats. The luggage pod will be removed then and extra vertical fins attached to the horizontal tail surfaces. Has been with Air Tindi since it left the factory.
