Built as U-17A serial 63-13594 and transferred to Costa Rica Seguridad Publica as TI-509SP then TI-SPD. In 1980 it was one of three Skywagons and two Otters flown en mass from Costa Rica to Winnipeg for import. This one is still in its former livery and lasted until it was wrecked on 21 January 1989.
