This Connie was originally delivered to Air France as F-BHML in February 1957 and also had spells with Tunis Air and Compagnie Air Fret before being retired in August 1976. It is now on display at the MUC Besucherpark as D-ALEM, the L-1049G that operated Lufthansa's first Intercontinental flight from Hamburg to New York in June 1955.

Delivered new to Lufthansa on 19 April 1955. It is arriving at Ringway from Hamburg via Dusseldorf on a transatlantic schedule and onwards to Montreal and Chicago. Withdrawn in March 1967 and later broken up.
