The remains of EC-CPO had arrived scarcely one week before from Zaragoza where this Dakota had been stored since 1978 after Aerotransporte de España demise. This airframe would be the Museo Aeronáutico de Málaga embryo and was restored in Iberia colors as EC-ABC. Ex 45-1091 (USAF), N86442 and T.3-50 (Spanish Air Force).
