On 16 September 2018, the plane crashed upon approach to Agua Salada airport. According to the investigation, the pilot had tried to make a turn at low altitude and touched the ground with the end of a wing, which has caused the aircraft to lose lift and stall. It was written off but has been repaired since then. (Nikon D850 + Tamron 15-30mm F2.8 Di VC USD G2)
