The only 747 of French charter airline Minerve was withdrawn from use in December 1990. In May 1992 I saw it at the maintenance ramp of Orly together with one of their DC-8 airframes. They were about to merge with AOM, Air Outre Mere, and continued their long haul operation with DC-10 aircraft.
