Ex OY-RCW. Flipped on it's back on 9 April 2017 during a forced landing near Seine-Maritime following a loss of engine power. The pilot and four passengers received minor injuries and the airplane sustained substantial damage. At the time it was operated by the local paraclub at Le Havre. Now folded into the corrosion corner at Caen.
