Fitted with hushkits. Delivered to Pan American as N794PA in 1964. To Iran Air as N794EP in 1975 then to Uganda Airlines as N794RN in 1977. To Scimitar Airlines as G-BFZF in 1978 and leased to IAS Cargo Airlines later renamed British Cargo Airlines from 1979 to 1980. Stored at Lasham in 1981 after Scimitar went bankrupt. To Tradewinds as G-BNGH in 1985 then to Air Hong Kong in 1991 and to Trans Air Services as 5N-MAS in 1992 and damaged beyond repair at Istres Le Tube in 1992 while landing with two engines failed.

It was eventually sold to Trans Air Services in February 1992 and operated for Kabo Air as 5N-MAS. It made history when, on 31 March 1992 it physically lost two engines in flight and managed to make a successful emergency landing at Istres AB, France. It was deemed a write off following that adventure.

Final livery
