On 10th July 2006, whilst flying over Greenland from Kulusuk to Nuuk, this aircraft experienced an engine failure and was unable to maintain height and was destroyed when it force landed on the ice cap; fortunately there were no injuries to the 2 occupants. The registration was cancelled on 1st February 2007.
