This UK registered Rand KR-2 stopped off on a world tour by the owner, Colin Hales. He came via Iceland and Greenland the previous year and toured the US. Here on the way to Alaska and Russia which was successful, but in 2017 a forced landing was made while in Japan due to a fuel leak. The aircraft and Mr. Hales were both badly damaged but hopefully repairable.
