Two A320s were delivered to British Midland in March 2000 in Star Alliance (1999) "washing line" livery. Of the fifteen Star Alliance airlines represented, six no longer exist - Varig, Tyrolean, Mexicana, Lauda Air and Ansett, and BMA itself.
