With the peculiar hybrid registration used while G-BOAA was engaged on the short-lived BA/Braniff LHR-IAD-DFW service in 1979. I'd planned on flying the US sector in 1980 but by then it was finished.

First flew as G-BOAA in 1975. Flew the inaugural BA Concorde service to Bahrain on the 21st of Jan 1976. Reregistered as G-N94AA/N94AA for a joint venture with Braniff for flights between Washington-Dulles and Dallas-Fort Worth in 1979. Back to G-BOAA in 1980 when this ended. Withdrawn from use at Heathrow in 2000. Dismantled then moved by road and sea to the National Museum of Flight, East Fortune, Scotland and reassembled in 2004.

Transatlantic supersonic services were operated by BA from LHR to Washington-Dulles and the aircraft then continued to Houston operated by Braniff. This meant that the service became essentially a US internal flight which required the aircraft to be US registered. The BA Concordes were all given special registrations to accommodate this service.
