With the peculiar hybrid registration used while G-BOAA was engaged on the short-lived BA/Braniff LHR-IAD-DFW service in 1979. I'd planned on flying the US sector in 1980 but by then it was finished.

First flew as G-BOAA in 1975. Flew the inaugural BA Concorde service to Bahrain on the 21st of Jan 1976. Reregistered as G-N94AA/N94AA for a joint venture with Braniff for flights between Washington-Dulles and Dallas-Fort Worth in 1979. Back to G-BOAA in 1980 when this ended. Transatlantic supersonic services were operated by BA from LHR to Washington-Dulles and the aircraft then continued to Houston operated by Braniff. This meant that the service became essentially a US internal flight which required the aircraft to be US registered. The BA Concordes were all given special registrations to accommodate this service.
