This 154 was originally delivered to Malev in November 1975. In October 1981, as the plane was about to touch down at Prague (PRG) the flightcrew deployed the spoilers when the aircraft was too high, with the result that the plane crashed down on to the runway and broke in two. This section of the fuselage is now used as a shed/outhouse/coup in a field in Hostouň.
