Delivered new to SAS as MD81 OY-KHR "Torkild Viking" in August 1991, it was converted as an MD82 in 2005 and withdrawn from use and stored at Stockholm Arlanda in March 2009, moving on to Kingman by April 2010. Allegiant Air acquired the aircraft in May 2010 and it was converted again, this time as a DC-9-83 (MD83) in September 2011, and served until it was retired and sent to Victorville in August 2017.
