Era Helicopters acquired this Sikorsky S-61N from KLM Helikopters during the prior of the KLM Era joint venture (1991-1998). In 2008 is was flying from Galveston to deepwater oil exploration rigs drilling in the Gulf of Mexico. It later flew in Brazil (PR-AEL) before being acquired by Croman Helicopters of Oregon (N619CK).
