Delivered to SAS as OY-KTA in 1960. To Thai Airways International as HS-TGT in 1971. Sold as N718UA in 1978 and converted to a freighter then leased to a number of operators. In partial Airlift International colours after lease to them from 1978 to 1980. To Apisa Air Cargo as OB-T-1316 in 1988 then OB-1316 in 1989. Damaged beyond repair in a landing accident at Iquitos, Peru in 1989. Still there in 2004.
