Delivered in December 1976, withdrawn November 1991 and to Espe Air Prague in March 1993. To Georgia Air by April 1994 and withdrawn by June 1995. In use as a restaurant at Heidenreichstein Austria from 1999 and by 2018 it had moved to the Novapark Flugzeughotel in Graz for use as a restaurant and events centre.

This Il-62 was delivered to CSA in December 1976 and flew with the airline until being wfu in November 1991. It also has time with Espe Air Prague and Air Georgia. It is now preserved on the roof of the Novapark hotel in Graz as a nightclub/events venue.
