Sadly in poor weather conditions, this is PH-TKC with additional markings promoting the Dutch soccer team for the then upcoming 1994 World Cup tournament held in the USA. The Dutch were narrowly beaten by Brazil in the quarter final, and Brazil went on to become the world champions.
