The Thulin A was a Swedish licence built Blériot XI. This was one of the very first aircraft to serve with the Swedish Navy, as there was no air force at the time and the army was not interested in aircraft yet.

This aircraft was licence-built in Sweden in 1918 by AB Enoch Thulin Aeroplanfabrik (AETA), under the name Thulin A. In 1986 Mikael found it in a barn in disassembled but complete condition, restored it, and first flew it in 1991. Mikael keeps his planes at his private airstrip at Kvarnhem, Sebbarp in Löberöd, Sweden.

He originally intended to fly his other Bleriot XI SE-AMZ at the 2013 Hahnweide show, but this was damaged at the Dittingen airshow the week before. Mikael keeps his planes at his private airstrip at Kvarnhem, Sebbarp in Löberöd, Sweden.
