VH-KCD was the sole Bushmaster, a 1959 conversion from a J-5G Cirrus Autocar. It was fitted with a 180hp Lycoming O-360 and other improvemenst to make it more competitive with American aircraft. Only -KCD was converted and it was withdrawn from use in 1974.
